Shipping policy
1.Order Processing Time
Standard processing time: All orders will be processed and ready for shipment within [1-3] business days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays) after the order is placed and payment is successfully made.
Peak/Holiday Season: During promotional events (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday) or holidays, the processing time may be extended to [3] business days. We will provide advance notice on our website.
Customized/Pre-sale Products: For customized or pre-sale products, the processing time will be significantly longer, and the specific time will be clearly marked in the product page details.
2. Delivery Area

3. Delivery method, delivery time and cost
The "estimated delivery time" is calculated from the time the order is processed (shipped), and does not include the order processing time. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed time. Actual shipping time is affected by factors such as distance to destination, carrier efficiency, customs clearance (international shipments), weather and holidays, and may be delayed.
Delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery method, delivery address and shopping cart contents (weight/volume) you choose. You can view the specific costs on the checkout page.
Tracking information: After the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the logistics tracking number. You can check the status of the package through the link in the email or go directly to the carrier's official website. Please be sure to provide an accurate and valid email address and phone number.
4. Notes on International Orders
Duties and Import Taxes: International shipments may incur customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other fees in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient (buyer). The specific amount is determined by the destination country's customs based on the type of goods, value and local regulations. We cannot estimate or control these charges.
Customs Clearance: International packages are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delivery delays. Please make sure the recipient's name, address and contact information you provide are accurate so that the carrier or customs can contact you.
Prohibited Goods: Please make sure the goods you purchase comply with the import regulations of the destination country. Some goods may be prohibited or restricted from import, and the buyer is responsible.
